Cancellation Policy:
Clients may cancel a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Any cancellation made within 24 hours will forfeit the session fee.
Refund Policy:
• No Refund for No-Show: If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment, the session fee is forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
• Full Refund: Clients may request a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase for any unused sessions.
We ask that clients notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or request a refund, and we will ensure that the process is handled in accordance with this policy.
